Trevan and the Zoom Status Light Integration operates the Alexa Skill "Zoom Status Light".

The policy will also apply to any applications created by Trevan and Busby Web Design LLC such as ChoreWise.

We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.

Types of Data Collected

Personal Data: While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data"). Personally identifiable information may include:

• Email address

• First name and last name

• Amazon User ID

***ChoreWise only collects entered names and stores them locally, data is not stored by the developer.

2. How personal data is used?

The information collected is only utilized to correlate a users Zoom Account and Amazon Account so that a webhook sent by Zoom will send Alexa Device Change Reports to the appropriate Alexa Account.  Email may also be utilized to send any necessary updates to users who have authorized the Alexa Skill.

3. Who can see my information?

Only authorized developers may view customer data for the purpose of troubleshooting.

***For ChoreWise everything is stored locally on the device so there is no accessing user data.

4. Retention

Data at rest is stored on an encrypted Database hosted by AWS DynamoDB and users have the right to request their personal data deleted at any point. If users request their data to be deleted the application will no longer function.

***Chorewise stores no data, to clear data simply remove the app.  Future iterations of the app hope to allow for account creation and data retention and this policy will be updated at that time.

We may update this Privacy Statement periodically to account for changes in our collection and/or processing of personal data, and will post the updated Privacy Statement on our website, with a “Last Updated” date at the top. If we make material changes to this Privacy Statement, we will notify you and provide you an opportunity to review before you choose to continue using our products and services.
